ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a **vibrant, creative, results-driven Facebook Ads Manager & Content Creator** who understands how to turn content into sales.
This is **NOT a traditional social media manager role.**
We need someone who can personally get in front of the camera, create short sales videos, write compelling ad copy, design simple but attention-grabbing creatives, launch Facebook Ads, analyze performance, identify winning ads and scale them profitably.
The person we hire must be comfortable with the complete process:
**Create → Launch → Test → Analyze → Find Winners → Scale → Repeat.**
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for:
* Shooting approximately **1-minute sales videos** for Eros Lube using yourself as the presenter.
* Creating engaging **talking-head/half-body videos** that communicate the product clearly and persuasively.
* Writing compelling **Facebook ad copy, hooks and headlines** designed to generate orders.
* Using **ChatGPT and Claude** to brainstorm hooks, angles, scripts, ad copies and content ideas.
* Using **Canva** to create thumbnails and simple advertising creatives.
* Using **CapCut** to edit short-form sales videos.
* Launching and managing Facebook advertising campaigns.
* Testing different **videos, thumbnails, hooks, copy, headlines and audiences**.
* Monitoring key advertising metrics and identifying which creatives are producing results.
* Finding winning ads and **scaling them intelligently**.
* Continuously creating new creatives to prevent ad fatigue.
* Studying campaign performance and making data-driven decisions.
* Repeating the process consistently to generate more orders.

THE IDEAL PERSON
You should:
* Be **very comfortable and confident on camera** selling Eros Lube which is an adult 18+ product.
* Be vibrant, energetic and fluent when speaking.
* Have a natural ability to communicate and persuade people.
* Understand **direct-response copywriting**.
* Know how to create simple but effective sales videos.
* Be comfortable using yourself as the presenter in videos.
* Understand how Facebook Ads work and how to launch campaigns.
* Understand how to test creatives and identify winning ads.
* Know how to use **Canva**.
* Know how to use **CapCut**.
* Be familiar with **ChatGPT and Claude** for content creation and ideation.
* Be creative and constantly capable of coming up with new advertising angles.
* Be **results-oriented** rather than simply completing tasks.
* Be willing to experiment, test and learn from campaign data.
* Be able to work independently without needing someone to constantly tell you what to do.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
You must have **personally created at least 2–3 videos** for social media or for yourself where you:
* Appeared on camera;
* Spoke confidently about a product, service, topic or idea; or
* Attempted to sell or promote something.
**Please be prepared to show us examples of these videos during the recruitment process.**
Professional production experience is NOT required.
We are more interested in your ability to **communicate, create and sell** than having expensive equipment.

### PERFORMANCE EXPECTATION
This is a **results-driven position.**
We are not looking for someone who simply launches ads and waits.
You are expected to continuously:
**Create → Test → Measure → Optimize → Find Winners → Scale → Repeat.**
Your performance will be evaluated based on your ability to contribute to **actual sales and profitable advertising campaigns.**
If you are someone who can create beautiful content but cannot generate results, this may not be the right position for you.
COMPENSATION
**Monthly Salary:** ₦70,000 – ₦100,000 depending on experience and ability.
**Performance Commission:** ₦100 for every order generated through Facebook Ads.
The better you perform, the more opportunities you have to earn through commissions.
### IMPORTANT
Eros Lube is a **water-based personal lubricant**, so you must be comfortable creating marketing content around the product and communicating about it professionally and confidently.
You must also be comfortable appearing on camera.
